Dr JEKYLL AND MR HYDE by Robert Louis Stevenson

What can a person do when he is pulled between the good and the bad inside him? Dr Jekyll, a scientist, uses chemistry to divide himself into two different bodies: good Dr Jekyll and evil Mr Hyde. But this does not make his life any simpler. Instead the conflict between the two parts becomes more and more violent. Which part will win?

In "The hitch-hiker"the narrator is driving a brand new BMW car, when he picks up a hitch-hiker. The hitch-hiker says that he is going to Epsom for the races because it is Derby Day. The hitch-hiker does not reveal why he was going there but says that he is not going to bet on horses.

Roald Dahl was born on 13th September, 1916 in Llandaff, South Wales. Dahl's parents were Norwegian. His father died while Roald was still a child.

PALENCIA'S CAMP 2016

11 students of 1º ESO spent a week in Palencia from the 18th to the 22nd of April. They took part in a programme that offered the chance to spend five days immersed in English, with a variety of workshops, sports and other activities in the company of native speaking teaching staff.
